If he were to enable the flag to have the FM radio be visible in the UI while I installed the new tuner and plugged in the harness, he could be fired. Without root access on MCU2 we can't enable FM radio. I have offered to pay $1000 for Tesla to OFFICIALLY flip the bit from 1 to 0 and they would not do it.

Sydney. Jan 28, 2020. #4. Well that is very odd, because DAB+ in Australia broadcasts in VHF channels 9A (202.928 MHz), 9B (204.640 MHz) and 9C (206.352 MHz). Adelaide uses 9B. 107.9 MHz is clearly not high enough to tune into those! Presumably entering 204.64 would not work.
You can not get it with the all glass roof. Also if you just like commercial free music (why I have XM in my cars) the streaming radio built into the Tesla is great. No commercials and even cuts out the DJ chatter you get on XM. There is also no trial like in most cars because XM doesn’t really partner with Tesla.
